Rates

• $175 for initial intake 
• $125 for an individual 
• $150 for couples and families

Insurance

I do not accept or bill insurance. Upon receipt of payment, I can provide a Super bill for you to submit to your insurance or FSA for reimbursement. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be covered in full or in part. Please get in touch with your provider to verify how your plan covers psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. As well as Member to member with NFCU.

Cancellation Policy

If you can't attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged the full session rate.
